What it means
Mitwirkungspflicht is your legal duty to cooperate: provide documents, report changes in income or address, and attend appointments. If you do not cooperate, the authority can reduce or completely stop your benefits. Always respond to requests by the stated deadline and keep copies of everything you send.
واجب التعاون (Mitwirkungspflicht) هو التزامك القانوني بالتعاون مع الجهة الحكومية: تقديم المستندات، والإبلاغ عن تغييرات الدخل أو العنوان، وحضور المواعيد. إذا لم تتعاون، يمكن للجهة تخفيض إعاناتك أو إيقافها تماماً. رُدّ دائماً على الطلبات ضمن المهلة المحددة واحتفظ بنسخ من كل ما ترسله.
