Ein Ersatzpapier: Ihr Aufenthalt bleibt erlaubt, solange die Behörde über Ihren Antrag entscheidet.

What it means

A bridging certificate issued when you applied for a permit or its extension in time and the immigration office has not yet decided: your stay — and usually your right to work — continues as before. Carry it together with your passport. Before travelling abroad, check carefully: only certain types (continuation under § 81 Abs. 4 AufenthG) allow re-entry into Germany.

شهادة انتقالية تصدر عندما تقدّم طلب التصريح أو تمديده في موعده ولم تبتّ دائرة الأجانب فيه بعد، فتستمر إقامتك، وعادةً حقك في العمل، كما كانت. احملها دائمًا مع جواز سفرك. وقبل السفر إلى الخارج تحقق جيدًا، فبعض أنواعها فقط يسمح لك بالعودة إلى ألمانيا.

Bis zur Entscheidung über Ihren Verlängerungsantrag gilt Ihr Aufenthaltstitel gemäß § 81 Abs. 4 AufenthG als fortbestehend; hierüber wird Ihnen eine Fiktionsbescheinigung ausgestellt.
