What it means

Mehrbedarf is an extra monthly amount on top of the Regelbedarf for special situations: pregnancy, single parenting, disability, or a medically required diet. It is not always granted automatically — tell the Jobcenter about your situation and provide proof (e.g. Mutterpass, medical certificate). Check your Bescheid to see whether it was included.

الاحتياج الإضافي (Mehrbedarf) هو مبلغ شهري إضافي فوق الاحتياج الأساسي لحالات خاصة: الحمل، أو التربية بمفردك، أو الإعاقة، أو نظام غذائي طبي ضروري. لا يُمنح دائماً تلقائياً — أخبر مركز العمل بوضعك وقدّم إثباتاً (مثل دفتر الحمل أو شهادة طبية). تحقق من قرارك لترى إن كان قد أُدرج.
