The authority orders that its decision takes effect immediately, so filing a Widerspruch or Klage does not pause it. If this hits you — for example a licence withdrawal or an order to leave — you can ask the Verwaltungsgericht for urgent interim protection (application under § 80 Abs. 5 VwGO); get legal advice quickly, because time matters here.
