What it means

The Steuer-ID (steuerliche Identifikationsnummer) is your permanent 11-digit tax identification number, assigned once and valid for life — even babies get one by post after birth. You need it for employment, Kindergeld, and any contact with the Finanzamt. If you lost it, find it on old tax letters or payslips, or request it from the Bundeszentralamt für Steuern.

الرقم الضريبي التعريفي (Steuer-ID) هو رقمك الضريبي الدائم المكوّن من 11 رقماً، يُمنح مرة واحدة ويبقى صالحاً مدى الحياة — حتى الرضّع يحصلون عليه بالبريد بعد الولادة. تحتاجه للعمل ولإعانة الأطفال ولأي تواصل مع مكتب الضرائب. إذا فقدته، ابحث عنه في خطابات الضرائب القديمة أو كشوف الراتب، أو اطلبه من المكتب الاتحادي المركزي للضرائب (Bundeszentralamt für Steuern).
