What it means
A Widerspruch is a formal written objection against a decision (Bescheid) from an authority like the Jobcenter or Familienkasse. You must file it within 1 month of receiving the decision, in writing or in person at the office. It is free of charge and forces the authority to review its decision.
الاعتراض (Widerspruch) هو طعن كتابي رسمي على قرار صادر من جهة حكومية مثل مركز العمل (Jobcenter) أو صندوق الأسرة. يجب تقديمه خلال شهر واحد من استلام القرار، كتابياً أو شخصياً في المكتب. الاعتراض مجاني ويُلزم الجهة بمراجعة قرارها.
