What it means
The formal, documented delivery of an official letter. Deadlines — for example one month for a Widerspruch or Klage — start running from the delivery date, not from when you actually read the letter. Keep the envelope: the date stamped on it is often the proof of when your deadline started.
التسليم الرسمي الموثّق لرسالة حكومية. تبدأ المهل القانونية، مثل شهر للاعتراض أو الدعوى، من تاريخ التسليم وليس من وقت قراءتك الفعلية للرسالة. احتفظ بالمظروف، فالتاريخ المختوم عليه غالبًا هو إثبات بدء المهلة.
