What it means

An official decision by a public authority that directly affects you, such as granting or refusing a benefit or permit. Most letters called "Bescheid" contain one. You can usually challenge it with a Widerspruch — but only within the deadline stated in the letter, so check the Rechtsbehelfsbelehrung at the end.

قرار رسمي تصدره جهة حكومية ويخصّك شخصيًا، مثل الموافقة على إعانة أو تصريح أو رفضهما. معظم الرسائل المسماة "Bescheid" تحتوي على قرار من هذا النوع. يمكنك عادةً الاعتراض عليه بتقديم "Widerspruch"، لكن فقط خلال المهلة المذكورة في الرسالة، فراجع إرشادات الطعن في نهايتها.
