What it means
The public register of companies kept at the Amtsgericht — GmbHs, AGs and merchants must be entered. Entries are made through a notary and anyone can view them free of charge at handelsregister.de. After a new registration, expect official-looking scam invoices: only the cost notice from the court itself is real.
السجل التجاري العام للشركات لدى المحكمة المحلية، ويجب قيد شركات GmbH وAG والتجار فيه. يتم القيد عبر كاتب العدل، ويمكن لأي شخص الاطلاع عليه مجانًا في موقع handelsregister.de. وبعد أي تسجيل جديد توقّع وصول فواتير احتيالية تبدو رسمية، فالحقيقية هي إشعار الرسوم الصادر من المحكمة نفسها فقط.
