What it means

A Rückforderung is a demand to repay benefits that were allegedly overpaid, for example after an income change. Do not just pay: check the calculation and the period, because these demands are often partly wrong, and you have 1 month to object. If the demand is correct but you cannot pay at once, ask for instalments (Ratenzahlung).

المطالبة بالاسترداد (Rückforderung) هي طلب إعادة إعانات يُقال إنها دُفعت لك زيادة، مثلاً بعد تغيّر دخلك. لا تدفع مباشرةً: تحقق من الحساب والفترة، لأن هذه المطالبات كثيراً ما تكون خاطئة جزئياً، ولديك شهر واحد للاعتراض. إذا كانت المطالبة صحيحة ولا تستطيع الدفع دفعة واحدة، اطلب التقسيط (Ratenzahlung).
